We’re delighted to announce the opening of our new Ireland offices, and to welcome Eamonn Cregan as the lead of our Belfast base!

A Chartered Building Surveyor with over a decade of experience, Eamonn has worked across all core disciplines of building surveying, with particular expertise in Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, and Project Management. He’s successfully delivered these instructions for private clients and multi-national corporations alike across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.

In his spare time, you’ll probably find him on the football pitch (either playing or coaching) or on the road with his wife and kids, travelling to dance festivals in support of his daughter, who is an aspiring dancer.
