We’ve been reflecting on some of our Project Management work for CBRE Investment Management, specifically Pivot + Mark: a Grade-A, modern workspace in the heart of Bristol. We’re proud to showcase some of the projects we completed across the building following its comprehensive refurbishment in 2021.

For a number of years, Black Cat Building Consultancy have been repeatedly trusted by CBRE IM to Project Manage a series of Cat A+ refurbishments and floor transformations, delivering successful outcomes across the first, third, and fifth floors of the asset.

Key projects have included:

• Conversion of the third floor into a fully fitted ‘ready to occupy’ office in 2022, which let immediately
• Sub-division of the first floor into two independent Cat A+ offices, successfully letting both spaces
• Cat A+ fit out of the fifth floor in 2024, providing a modern, flexible office space
