Once you enquire with us, we will typically provide you with a proposal
within 24 hours. We then aim to mobilise our teams within similarly
short periods of time.
Once our team has inspected your asset, we will provide you with
a clear and concise report. Our jargon-free advice will identify the
significant issues whilst providing context in terms of time and cost.
We provide verbal feedback following our inspections and ensure that
reports are delivered to you soon thereafter to stay ahead of the legal
process. All this allows you to make business smart, informed
decisions regarding the acquisition or disposal of a property.
Our reports are supplemented with specialist advice from dedicated,
in-house teams of façade, fire and ESG consultants to provide a
thorough and rounded appraisal of the aspects which are important
to you.
We have extensive experience throughout the UK and Europe, with
many clients who will happily provide first hand testimonials of their
Black Cat experience. We are currently unable to offer these services
