Who We Are
Black Cat Building Consultancy was established in 2015 by three surveyors who wanted to do things differently. Their vision was to create a transparent, people-focused Building Consultancy that prioritised strong relationships, clear communication and technical excellence.
From those early beginnings, we’ve grown into one of the UK and Ireland’s leading independent Building Consultancies, working across commercial, industrial, retail and public sector property.

With offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool, Southampton, London, Belfast and Dublin, we combine local expertise with national reach. Our team brings together over 1,000 years of collective experience, ensuring every project benefits from deep technical knowledge, commercial understanding and consistent Director-level involvement
