Oliver has 30 years industry experience, working in London and Bristol. Most of his career was spent with CBRE, where he ran the Building Consultancy Team in Bristol but then in 2018 joined Black Cat Building Consultancy, later becoming a co-owner. Over the last 20 years Oliver has focused on managing the redevelopment and refurbishment of large commercial buildings, of which most have been city centre offices. He has supported CBRE Investment Management on a large number of projects over the last 23 years.
