Adnan has over 10 years of experience in the building services sector, starting his career at CPW, where he undertook design work in the healthcare and education sectors. This provided him with a solid grounding in applying engineering principles for real-world solutions while also gaining skills in project management.

He progressed his career at Hollis, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in dilapidation surveys, technical due diligence surveys, preparing planned maintenance reports, condition reports and performance specifications. He joined CBRE in 2022, solidifying his expertise in these areas, providing engineering services consultancy to a wide range of blue-chip organisations and investors. He regularly worked in a variety of building sectors, including offices, industrial, retail and leisure.
He prides himself on his attention to detail, ensuring he always provides accurate and commercially focused advice to his clients, and joining Black Cat will no doubt offer him this opportunity further.
