Diego is the head of BlackCat’s Façade Consultancy team and he has over 30 years’ experience in façades of all types in the commercial, residential, and retail sectors.
He has acted as an expert witness in several legal cases and has also been involved in assisting the Government and organisations such as the RICS since the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
