During my surveying career I have specialised in condition/defect surveys, design and project management. I have experience with residential, commercial and civils projects, including involvement with NEC contracts.

During my surveying career I specialised in Architectural Design and Project Management. This has given me a good understanding of Land and Measured Building Surveys, Design, Planning, Building Regulations, Specification, Tendering, Contract Administration and Contract Monitoring, as well as liaison with specialist consultants and clients. I have training and practical experience in the use of Total Stations and Automatic Levels.

I am also experienced in the preparation of Surveys of Condition, Consultant Building Pathology reports, Reinstatement Valuations, Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations.
