Henry is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 8 years of experience in all aspects of building surveying, project management and development/bank monitoring, working across the office, industrial, heritage, residential, healthcare, retail, student and leisure sectors. Whilst an all-rounder (on the cricket pitch too), Henry has a particular interest in project management, technical due diligence and development/bank monitoring and has worked with several key clients including investment funds, banks, landlords and tenants.

Having graduated from the University of Reading in 2017, he then joined BNP Paribas Real Estate where he passed my APC and left as a Senior Building Surveyor in his 5+ years there before moving on to Hollis as an Associate.
