Black Cat is an independent building consultancy, founded in 2015 by three surveyors who wanted
to create a business that does things differently. Since starting out in Manchester, we’ve grown into
a UK and Ireland-wide practice, offering expertise in surveying, consultancy, project management,
asset management, and a dedicated rating team.
We’re more than a consultancy, we’re a close-knit team built on trust, independence, precision,
collaboration, and smart disruption. We believe in flexibility and freedom in the way we work,
