Stuart is a second career Chartered Building Surveyor and member of industry relevant defence and security organisations. A consulting professional with over 18 years’ experience delivering complex projects in highly sensitive and security-critical environments. He brings a calm, articulate and pragmatic approach to advising clients across the full project lifecycle.

His experience includes project management, feasibility studies and options appraisals, as well as the design of new facilities and the assessment and refurbishment of existing assets. Stuart has spent the majority of his career working on defence-related projects, including secure facilities and specialist countermeasure environments.

He has extensive experience operating within specialist industrial environments, SCIF and NER settings, delivering both new-build and refurbishment projects. Stuart’s deep understanding of operational requirements, risk and compliance enables him to provide proportionate, effective solutions tailored to highly controlled contexts.
